Christopher Robert Evans was born on June 13, 1980. The actor began his career playing roles in television shows such as Opposite Sexual Sex in the year 2000. In 2005, following his appearances in Not Another Teen Movie and Fantastic Four (and its sequel Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer 2007), he was recognized for playing the Marvel Comics hero The Human Torch. Evans also appeared in the films of comics as well as graphic novels TMNT (2007), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009), Snowpiercer (2003). As well as his part as Captain America/Steve Rogers, Evans gained recognition through his appearances in the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2015) as well as Captain America: Civil War. Because of his Marvel work, he became one of the highest paid actors in the world.
